FACE YOGA - The natural way to tone & energise the face in a holistic way!

Face Yoga is a wonderful way to lift, tone & energise the face in a natural, holistic way. using a combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure and relaxation techniques.


I fell in love with face yoga in 2018, I was 41 and I was starting to notice that my skin was looking dull, fine lines and puffiness were starting to appear, I had sinus issues and also suffering from TMJ. I needed something to help, I felt down and lost with what was out there to help me in a natural way. I have always been into natural health which is why I became a Holistic Therapist but I felt something was missing and I needed to find what that was! So I began my search and stumbled across a 21 day face yoga course and I thought "why not, lets give this a try" and I am so glad I did, the results were incredible, in just 2 weeks I could see a difference but not only externally but internally too, I felt awake, I had a better understanding of my face, my skin started to glow, it was amazing to see results in such a short space of time!


After the 21 days I thought to myself I need to train in face yoga so I can offer this wonderful practice to my clients and beyond so again I began to search and found a teacher training course with the wonderful Danielle Collins.


6 years on and I am still absolutely loving the results my clients get from face yoga, it makes me so happy when I can see how awake and revitalised they look and the excitement they get from seeing the results from a daily practice.


Ageing is a positive thing, we need to learn how to love who we are right now, if you are happy on the inside it shows on the outside and for me face yoga has been the answer.
